Craig Reed, M.S. (Bowling Green) - Executive Director
At TRAC, Craig conducts ongoing audience and pledge research, and manages day-to-day
operations at TRAC’s offices in Tucson. In 2006 he managed TRAC’s acquisition of PubTV
Online. Craig has worked in the field of communications research since 1985. His work
experience includes audience analysis at PBS, people-meter research at Arbitron, and
membership modeling at Target Analysis. Craig has also worked at the National Geographic
Society and BizRate.com.

Kristen Kuebler, PhD (Oxford) - Director of Client Services
As Director of Client Services, Dr. Kuebler has been responsible for analyzing ratings, pledge, and carriage data for more than
10 years and provides programming advice to PTV stations. Kristen has also worked on many of TRAC’s national research
projects on viewing and pledge (i.e., CPB/TRAC Media Ethnic Philanthropy Study, CPB/TRAC Media Ethnic Viewing
Studies, Lapsed Member Research, etc.). Kristen has conducted qualitative research for public television stations
around the country, particularly in-depth laddering interviews with members and core viewer panels.

Keith York, M.S. (San Diego State University) - Director of Business Development
For 15 years Keith led programming, local production and multiple fundraising programs at one of the nation's top-rated public television
stations. He also spent a decade teaching mass communication courses at SDSU. Keith then honed his fundraising skills in a senior development
position at UC San Diego, the nation’s 5th rated public university, prior to joining TRAC to lead its new research initiatives.

Denise Mogge, MLS (University of Arizona) - Research Specialist
Denise received her Masters of Library Science from the University of Arizona and worked as a systems librarian at North Carolina State University Libraries for the first part of her career. She has worked at TRAC Media Services for the past 15 years as a research specialist and analyst and has utilized her research and librarian skills for research projects in such areas as Ethnic Philanthropy, Lapsed Member Research, and literature review research papers and projects.
Denise also participated in numerous lit review projects while working at the University of Arizona’s Main Library. She was active in the Student Librarian Association (secretary) and the American Librarian Association.

David LeRoy, PhD - Founder
Dr. David LeRoy received his doctorate from the University of Wisconsin in 1969. He taught at Wisconsin, Florida State University and the University of Houston. Dr. LeRoy's research interests are in empirical analysis of audience behavior and donative behavior. He has published a number of books, academically oriented research articles and numerous research reports for clients and national associations.

Judith LeRoy, PhD - Founder
Dr. Judith M. LeRoy received her doctorate in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin in 1972. She worked at Time Warner Cable in Houston and also managed a Pacifica radio station and taught at Florida International University before founding PMN TRAC (now TRAC Media Services) in 1979. Dr. LeRoy has published extensively in the area of non-profit research.
